Pattern Engineering
& Precision Leather Cutting.
Where material accuracy begins: CAD pattern drafting, steel rule die fabrication, and hydraulic clicker pressing for flawless leather components.
A bad cut ruins the hide. Precision layout preserves it.
Grain Direction & Stretch Alignment
Armaaz master cutters align pattern dies strictly with the natural grain spine and stretch axis of each hide, ensuring structural integrity across belts, bags, and garments.
Pattern drafting and cutting is the fundamental foundation of all custom leather manufacturing. Leather is an organic, non-uniform material: natural hides possess varying stretch directions, grain densities, and thickness profiles across the neck, belly, and bend regions.
Armaaz combines digital CAD pattern grading with experienced manual hide inspection. Every cut component is evaluated for surface flaws before moving into skiving and machine stitching.

Four industrial cutting & prep disciplines.
Our cutting shop in Sialkot, Pakistan utilizes advanced machinery and master craftsmanship:
Custom razor-sharp steel cutting dies built strictly to your CAD pattern blueprints for 100% component uniformity.
Heavy-duty hydraulic press cutting delivering clean, vertical edge cuts through hides up to 5.5mm thickness.
Automated beveling and margin skiving to taper edges for seamless folding in wallets, bags, and collars.
Checkpoints verifying component dimensions, grain direction, and flaw-free surface quality before assembly. See quality control checkpoints.
