Material Inspection
Full hide audit for thickness consistency, surface defects, and temper before layout.

Precision Cutting
Approved leather moves into clicker-press or precision die-cutting according to pattern specs.
STAGE 03
Cut-Piece Inspection
Every cut component is verified for size, edge beveling, and flaw-free surface.

Stitching & Assembly
Approved cut pieces move into machine stitching with bonded thread and hardware insertion.
STAGE 05
Stitching Inspection
Stitch density (SPI), seam tension, and hardware alignment are checked mid-assembly.

Finishing & Edging
Edge staining, burnishing, crease marking, and final structural assembly.

Assembly Inspection
Completed product undergoes dimensional and functional hardware check.

Cleaned, conditioned items are checked during protective wrapping and boxing.
